placeholder for Wurst 1.1 (missing image)

WARNING: This old version is vulnerable to the Log4Shell exploit. Do not use this in multiplayer without a patch.

Wurst 1.1 just got released. Here is the changelog:

+.enchant
+.vclip
+.tp: Teleports you up to 100 blocks away. Only works on vanilla servers.
+FastBow (works with BowAimbot)
+New & rewritten ForceOP/AuthMeCracker
+ServerFinder: Finds hundreds of griefable servers very quickly.
+You can now export your serverlist. So you can search for griefable servers and then share them.
*Warning messages are now orange instead of red.
*Cleaned up some code to reduce the file size.
*Smaller fixes and improvements

The usage of ForceOP/AuthMeCracker hasn’t changed much, but I will update the tutorial soon. Using the ServerFinder is really simple:

  • Put a numeric IP (like 109.168.212.27, but not like mineplex.eu) into the IP field.
  • (optional) Adjust “Max. threads” to whatever works best for you.
  • Click “Search”.
  • Wait until it’s done. It should only take a couple minutes.
  • Click “Back”.

Downloads

Note: The original downloads for this version had to be removed because they contained copyrighted code from Minecraft 1.7.2. This is a remake that doesn't contain the copyrighted code. Once installed, this version looks and feels exactly like the original. The only difference is that this version uses a modern Wurst 6 installer and creates a Minecraft launcher profile with a different name.

The installer contains the Wurst Client, but with all of the Minecraft code stripped out. This file would not work on its own, but when you run the installer, it takes your existing Minecraft installation and combines it with this file to create a working Wurst installation. This way, the file you download doesn't actually contain any copyrighted code.

You must have Minecraft 1.7.2 (not 1.7.10) installed in order for the Wurst installer to work. Even if you plan to use Wurst on 1.7.10 servers, it still needs the code from Minecraft 1.7.2 because that's what this Wurst version is based on.

Wurst as a Torrent

This torrent contains all above versions bundled together. Open it in your torrent client to select which version(s) you want to download.

WARNING: Torrenting reveals your IP address to the public. Server owners *could* monitor this torrent and automatically ban IP addresses that have downloaded files from it. Consider torrenting over a VPN or some kind of proxy. (This problem only affects torrents. The "normal" downloads listed above are safe to download without a VPN.)

Installation

Because this is a remake, the installation process is the same as Wurst 6. Just make sure that you have Minecraft 1.7.2 (not 1.7.10) installed in order for the Wurst installer to work.

Also, this should be obvious, but you do need to have a licensed copy of Minecraft Java Edition in order to use Wurst. Wurst is a cheat client, not a pirate client.
